Final Exam

How do you feel when you hear the word “exam”? I am the one who are always excited and nervous. I often think in negative that the exam must be hard. When I was a child, I was not good at math. The teachers were nice but I did not understand why I did not learn it well. I remember my heart beat so fast and I was sweat when the teacher put the exam paper on my desk. This feeling is still on my mind. I have taught in school for many years, I really understand how the kids feel. I always tell them to be calm down and do the best. Before having the exams, I give them some advices. Here they are!
1. Make a schedule: After having the exams one month, they must set up the time to read the books everyday. I think they should read books at least two hours before going to bed.
2. Talk to teachers: They should ask the teachers to explain again if they do not understand some lessons. They can make an appointment with teachers after school too. I try to tell them to be brave to ask. If they are shy, they may fail the exams.
3. Ask some help from friends: If they are afraid of teachers, they can talk with their friends. I think reading books together are not boring and it is good to share what they read together.
4. Take care of themselves: The weather often changes. Some days are really hot, but some days rains. It is necessary for them to be strong before having the exams. The last, they should sleep enough and eat well.
I hope my advices are beneficial for them.

Hobby

Who are two cute girls in this picture? They were born to be part of my family four years ago. Sky is older than Skate, both of them are daughters of my sister. Our family is really happy to have them. The house is not quite anymore. They like to talk and play. They are my beautiful dolls even sometimes they are so naughty.
My sister works in the hospital and their father works at EGAT. He must work in the South for a few weeks every month. That means only my sister has to take care for them. She usually comes back home late so my hobby is quite different from others. My job is to be a second mom for them. When I am back, I will teach Sky to do her homework and also play with them. One favorite thing that they love to do before going to bed is reading tales. I read for them until they fall asleep. I do not like to be around with small kids but they are my nieces. I love them…I love them like I do love my sister.
I believe that a child will be a good person because of the family. I wish one day when they grow up, they will have a good future.

Sunflower

Where can we take a picture with sunflower in school? Welcome to Wimuutayarampittayakorn School, the sunflowers are grown in the orchard in front of the school. If you come to visit right now, you will see them with brilliant yellow petals that surround the flower’s center.
Growing sunflowers in school is the idea of Mr. Praman Chupipat. He was a director of school. I never asked him why he did that, but I love his ideas. They are such a beautiful flowers and I feel so fresh when I walk into school. It looks like they smile and welcome me to school.
It is not only me feel excited and happy. The students and the teachers took some pictures with them and it seems we are on the trip to see sunflower outside school.
I am interested in history and meaning of sunflowers so these are the details that I found out from websites. From www.answers.com said “sunflower has recently been adopted as a symbol of happiness, strength, a love of the sun & sunlight and because it is said to always turn its face to the sun it is considered by some to be a symbol of faith.” From www.proflowers.com, by Samantha Green, said “ Sunflowers originated in the Americas in 1000 B.C., where for centuries they were cultivated as a valuable food resource. The use of sunflowers images as religious symbols has also been documented in some native societies. With the European exploration of the new World, the sunflower was brought to new areas, and the flower’s popularity eventually spread as the rest of the world began to appreciate its beauty and sustenance”
These are wonderful, I would like to thank Mr. Praman for giving me happiness with sunflowers.

Pattaya Floating Market

Last month I went to Ayothaya Floating Market and this month I went to Pattaya Floating Market. By driving a car from Pattaya city, it took fifteen minutes from the hotel. We spend two nights in Pattaya. First day, we took a boat to Koh Larn and the last day we visited Pattaya Floating Market.
It was so crowded on weekend even it rained in the morning. The area is large, my friends and I walked around. There are many kinds of shops where we can buy gifts, food, handicrafts, and clothes. We did not forget to take many pictures to keep them in our memories. I love floating market.
We spend time there almost half day and we left to Bangkok. We did not want to go back, but we need to. Every trip is so wonderful. Where will be next trip for us? North or South? This is Thailand, an amazing country, where I was born…How lucky I am!

Ayothaya Floating Market

One day my sister, Por, came back home with many beautiful handicraft handbags. She drove to Ayothaya Floating market in Ayuttaya province with her friends. She told me about beautiful views, food and handicrafts. She said she will take me one day.
After flooding in Ayuttaya many months ago, I did not think I will visit it. I am not quite sure it is still beautiful like in the past. My friends talked about one day trip outside Bangkok, so the picture of Ayothaya came up. I searched on the internet and it said Ayothaya Floating Market is already opened. I am so lucky!
When I got there, I could not believe that Ayuttaya faced on flooding. Everything looks amazing, I love the views and the life of people. My friends and I took many pictures and we enjoyed walking along the canal. We shopped and ate. I bought shirts and handicraft shoes. I love this place, it is so charming.
I love Thailand where I can walk under sunshine. The delicious food and wonderful cultures makes me proud to be Thai.

Badminton

Cooking is my favorite show on TV., I like to watch how a chef mixes the ingredients together. The dishes looks delicious even I can not smell it. One thing that is interested me when she said “Eat and Exercise come together”. I do agree with her. If I do not exercise after I eat a lot, I will be fat. Every woman does not like to hear the word “fat”, including me too, so it is time to do an exercise. What kind of sports do I like? I like swim, basketball, volleyball, and badminton.
Which one is the best? All of them are really good, but because I need to save time so I can not swim at the pool. I need to play like a team if I play basketball and volleyball. Nobody can play with me. The best sport for me is badminton. YESSSS!!! The school has a badminton course so I started to invite my friends to play with me.
I bought a new pair of shoes, it is suitable for playing indoor sport. I feel comfortable and really enjoy it. My friends and I make a team and play from 4 pm. until 5.30 pm. Some days the students join with us, we have fun.
After I have played for two month, my weight is fine. I am not skinny woman but I feel different. I feel active and sleep well at night. I can not stop playing it, I like to play badminton every day.
Exercise can cure and protect the diseases. We will have a good health if we know how to take care of ourselves. I think everyone should make a schedule to do an exercise. Do it for yourself, it takes only one or two hours a day, but you will be strong until the rest of your life.

Koh Larn island

When people talk about Pattaya, I often think of a night life. The place where people can drink, dance and have fun until in the next morning. I have heard people said it is a dirty beach…Do I agree? Yes and No. I went there a long time ago and I got a chance to visit Pattaya again last weekend with friends. We would like to go to the beach where it is not far from Bangkok. Hard Jom Tien is well known but I would like see something new and excited. Koh Larn Island is the best choice to take one day trip. It is located about seven kilometers off the coast of Pattaya beach. We left the hotel and drove to the pier at ten o’clock. It rained on the way to Koh Larn Island. When we arrived, the sun shined and the sky was so beautiful. We were lucky!!!
It took us over thirty minutes to Hard Tien Beach. The beach is not long but it is clean and beautiful. There are many Thais and foreigners there, my friends and I were really happy. We had seafood for lunch and then we swam. Same Beach is next to Hard Tien Beach, and it is much easier to ride a motorcycle than walk. I walked up to the hill and saw a view point of a wonderful beach. The nature attracts me, I wish I could swam every weekend.
I agree that Pattaya City is quite noisy and dirty because there are too many bars. In the opposite way, I love a quite beach…I love sea….I love a nature. All of them can answer why Pattaya is still in my mind.
