Thirteenth Writing From Tuang

Dear All,

I have something to pour my heart out through on the blog. How fast that I am being pass twenty-five years old of my life on 5 Sep, 2009. I thought about the past that I did in my life such as working in vary companies and positions, travelling in USA and even having in vary experiences in my life! (I thought I have got just some of experiences, but I did!). Anyway, I also think about my future in seriously. Have you guys even thought about the future of your life? I am a serious one who always think about it because I believe to have an aim in life, or my energies will all be wasted! And I know, you guys are thinking the same thing with me.

What is going on if I am twenty-six? and what I am going to do after I graduated in Master?! (Those are not same questions but same issue). Find new job, get married with my guy, go to Canada to get new experiences, study in Ph.D., to be a business owner or ... to be a teacher. I have many choices and I want to do many things in my life. Sometimes, I confuse what I am going to do. Such a many ways in my life! My parents said in short, 'Up to me.' I know I can choose one of those things but I cannot do everything in the same time. Many purposes of each choice that I want to do. I have a question for my life that I do not have an answer yet. 'What is your real-successful of your life, Tuang?' I try to think about it in no answer because I know that I have to do the best in present time. ... Just mutter one from me ...
Anyway, I am going to take a vacation on Friday (before my BD) to go to 9-11 temples in Bangkok all day and dinner with my BF. (It is a kind of our date, Hehehe!) On Saturday (my BD), I will stay home with my parents and take time with them. Nice planing, right? So, see YA next writing.

Wisdom Tooth

Have you ever count how many teeth are there in your mouth? Is what you see the same as what you know? In fact adults have 32 teeth but you may see only 28 teeth in your mouth. Do you know where are another 4 teeth?

In generally, teeth will grow up only 28 teeth instead of 32 teeth, because of the size of human mouth has changed. In the past, technology was low and human lacked of knowledge, lived like an animal. They did not know about cooking, they ate raw meat, that was very stick and hard. They used mouth to bite or cut many things instead of knife, hammer or any tools. Therefore, their mouths were big enough for 32 teeth. In the present, humans are more craver and develop themselves and also the equipments to comfort their life. They know how to make raw meat to be more delicious and soft by cooking. They know the ways to tear or cut something that is easier and quicker than using mouths. So, their mouths become smaller and have enough space for only 28 teeth.


You may doubt, where are another 4 teeth. Some people who have enough space for these 4 teeth, they may see them in their mouth, but most of people may not be able to see them because they are inside the gum. These 4 teeth are called wisdom tooth. They are unnecessary and may cause a big problem in your mouth. For examples, they can make your gum to be painful, they may attach your teeth because of there is not enough space for them, they are very deep inside your mouth and difficult to brush then become decay, etc. As we know, they are unnecessary, the best way is take them out before the problem happens. If they are outside the gum, it is very easy to take them out, but if it is inside, we will not know there are the wisdom teeth in your gum, if you do not have any pain. So taking the x-ray is needed. You should see the dentist to check your teeth’s health and take the x-ray to observe the wisdom tooth before any problem happens.


Anyways, teeth are important. You can enjoy eating, be confident and have a nice smile if you have healthy teeth. Therefore, you should take a good care of them and get rid of something that can cause the problem in your mouth to maintain the good teeth and nice smile forever.

Busy Day


This day is a busy day for me because I have to call to almost twenty Rajabhat for follow up the response form. The first thing that I should to do is searching the telephone number of them. These things are easy for me because I have the internet. It's easy to find the telephone number. After I find them all, I start to call them. I call only four Rajabhat and I feel tired because the last line, I called to Suansunandha Rajabhat and a receiver said to me. "You must to dial other number, please call it again." I dial the other numer follow the receiver said. The two receiver said, "You should call other number." I said to her, "I called that number already." She says, "Ok. Wait a minute." Afterthat, she losts for a long time. Finally, she hang my call down. I feel very angry. So, I called to the first number again. She follow up the response form to me. I said to her, "Thank you, and I would like to comment the second line." She apologize to me.That's ok. This situation make me feel very bad, so I stop to call the others Rajabhat. I will do it, tomorrow :P

My Condo


I bought my lovely condominium around 8 year ago since I decided to work with SCG (The Siam Cement Group) that lacated in Bangsue very very far from my house at Rangsit, Pathum Thani Province. I surveyed many many condo along Chao Praya River because I would love to spend my half life to live nearby lovely river. I started my survey from Tah Pra Chan near Thammasart University along river to Rama 7 bridge but there are a lot of traffic around that area so I decided to give up my dream to have a lovely condo nearby river and intend to bought one at Bang Sue. At that time I visited and nearly paid for some dawn, my friend suggested me to ahve dinner nearby Rama 5 bridge at Nontaburi Province. A long the road that I drove to the resturant were nice and not so crowded. I also passed KMUTNB and I founded the lovely condo near Rama 5 that I was very impressed at the first time I saw it.

HEADACHE!!


Last week I skipped classes of Arjarn.Noi and Arjarn.Sripen because of my strange symtom happened on my head. I got some headache til I can't stand and didn't feel better after take some medicine.

My mom said it is because I have used my brain too hard without relaxing. I told my mom I think so but I never feel any anxious, stress or serious about working or studying. My mom told me sometime we feel stress but we don't know ourselves. After talking with my mom, I try to think about what I have done in 1 day. I found this result. I get up at 6:30 I drive to work for 1 hour, I work for 4 hours then I have lunch for 30 mins, another 30 mins I do homework, after finish lunch brake I back to work again for 4 hours After that I drive home or KMUTNB for 1.30 hour. For school day I spend 2 or 3 hour in class then drive back home for 15 mins. Outside school day, I do some house work and a bit of homework. Every working day I go to bad around 22.30. All of these is so general for everyone, I think, because sleep 8 hours is enough, but when I look at my routine deeper, I found I have no brake for brain relaxing during all activities and I must work faster than normal so that I have time during work for doing some homework. This really makes my brain weak. Moreover I have to do house works, homework and take care of my baby at Saraburi on weekend. However, I am very happy with working studying and taking care of my baby so I don't feel the stress of my brain.

I think I'm OK with all of my activities and I won't change. It will be nothing if I do my activities as usual. But last two week was not usual because I was on diet! I ate less and exercised. I was hungry and tied so my body and my brain didn't have an energy enough for my routine activities. Today, I still on diet but not full program. I realize that our body need a time for adjust with the new thing and relax for a while at least 2 or 3 times per day. I don't think my classmate is weak like me, but I still want them to relax their brain sometimes. We both work and study, we use the brain double of other people use. Please be careful of our brain activities, I don't want anyone got an headache like me because it is really a great suffer.

You are what you watch!
“Movies can change people.” I heard it since I was a kid. It’s always on the general knowledge page in the newspaper. I didn’t believe them at that time. I though that movie is just something that helps you to relax. I very often watched movie when I had free time. My favorite kind of movie is thriller and action movie because it makes me excited all the time I watch it. Sometimes, it makes me fell that I want to be or act the same as the movie or someone in that movie. This is the risk of watching movies.
As I growing up, my attitude has changed little by little. I often heard the fact from the news. They asked the criminals who committed the crime and said that they had a motivation from the crime movies they’ve seen. Some movies show the way to commit the perfect crime. This is the danger from watching the movies. Especially to the kids who usually don’t have the judgment, movies can cause more risk of bad personality or behavior. Kids don’t know what is right or wrong. They just want something that excited them. So, the best way to help them to stay away from imitating the bad things from the movies is their parents who have to teach them to watch the movie with the judgment which can tell them what the criminal do in the movie is wrong and they shouldn’t do the same thing otherwise they’ll get the punishments.

To exercise

Yesterday, I and my husband went to shop at Homework Rajchaphruek branch. My husband is the guy who like to exercise very much. When he met the sales representative of Thonburifitness who come in to introduce promotions for register member. Finally, my husband was the member of Thonburifitness already. For the expense in the member is 10,000 baht per year.
If you are finding that you don't have enough time to exercise due to a busy work or home life, there are techniques that you can use throughout the day that will accelerate your weight loss. Most of these can be done just about anywhere and only require a few extra minutes.
1. Take the stairs.
If you work in a building with an elevator, try taking the stairs at least once a day. It may take a little bit longer, but you'll be burning fat while you walk. This of course may not always be feasible, but try to do it at least once a day. You'll have even better results if you completely stop using the elevator.
2. Suck it in.
It sounds silly, but
sucking in your stomach throughout the day can actually help tighten your abs and whittle your waist. No one even has to know you're doing it. Just suck in your stomach for five minutes of time throughout the day. This can really help if your exercise options are limited and many women have managed to lose whole dress sizes after just a few weeks.
3. Start fidgeting.
Fidgeting actually does burn calories, particularly if you're someone who always sits stills. We're not advocating driving your co-workers insane with constant movement, but fidgeting with your feet under the desk can make a difference.
4. Use housework.
Housework can actually burn more calories than running and as an extra bonus, your house will be spic and span. Try to set aside thirty minutes a day to vacuum, dust and sweep. You'll be getting a good workout and you'll be getting your heart rate up.
5. Get creative.
If your options are pretty limited, try finding ways to exercise on your lunch break. Walk around outside or at a mall. You'll burn more calories than you would simply sitting at a table.
6. Try leg bends.
You can really work on your lower body without anyone noticing by practicing leg bends under your desk. This is great if you're frequently on the phone and bored out of your skull. Simply unbend your knees and raise up your legs - hold the position for a few seconds and lower them back down. Try several repetitions of this throughout the day.
7. Ask about a company gym.
If you work for a large company, they may be willing to put in a gym for employees. You can then exercise on your lunch break, before you come in for the day or before you leave. Since having fit employees generally means an increase in productivity, most will be willing to consider the addition.
8. Get a desk treadmill / pedal exerciser.
One of the latest innovations is a little
treadmill that sits under your desk. You can work your legs all day long without making a sound and you'll stay healthier. Most are quite small and operate on leg power only. This is a discrete way to get your exercise during working hours.

Depending on your thinking

All of us meet many situations in each day, right? And the situations we have found are both good and bad. Have you ever feel like ‘why, all a day, I have in trouble’? Or you have faced an event like, in early morning in one day, you get up with bad mood and then you feel all over that day is quite bad. I have read some books which told that you should not keep that feeling (bad mood) in your mind but you should throw it away. If you still keep that mood with you, you will feel bad all time. So, Should you leave the bad mood behind you and do not think of it? Do you know! You can eliminate that mood by standing in front of mirror and just smile. You should smile till you feel better or you feel that the person in mirror (I mean yourself not other na..) also smile with you. And then you will have a good day, many good days, lots of good days and every day is a beautiful day for you. You just change the feeling from bad to good then all good things can be happen. That‘s it. It seems quite hard to do but it’s not too hard if you want. “Everything depends on your thinking”.

The Decision


When I read Khun key journal, I think it’s true if we are the time and we have two watches that we love them so much. One day we have to decide and which one is chosen. But we can not choose one because the two are our favorite.

One is the watch that we have worn it along time and it never let us down, and although the other is a new but it’s very nice and when it worn we can feel what we are.

It’s impossible right? if one man wears two watches in the same time. Probably, it is the time that we have to make the decision.

Who can suggest the good idea that when we choose, which tenets we should use between correction and our mind?
It's difficult for me.
