Sudoku Puzzle

This is picture of sudoku puzzle. I like to play soduku puzzle. Sudoku puzzle is a numbers game in which you have to fill in each of the blank boxes with the correct number; to win this game you have to fill in each row, column, and 9-digit box with the numbers 1-9. Each row, column and 9 digit box

will contain exactly one of each numbers 1-9. Each number is used a total of 9 times.

The soduku puzzle helps to stimulate my mind and improves my memory.
Let's fun with the sudoku puzzle!!!

Neighbors from HELL !!!

I have moved to a new apartment about 5 months ago, everything here seems fine except a neighbor issue—it is strange that I just can’t avoid same disturbance that I had experienced like when I was at my old place. It is a loud stomp noise from people who live in a room above me and those people are usually foreigners.

I don’t understand why it has to be them all the time. There must be something wrong with the way they walk, why they have to put too much weight on their feet. I have been hearing this loud stomp every day even at a time that I am writing this blog—it makes me go crazy. I need a peace here..OMG!

This big feet guy is not only doing loud stomp, but also wet my clothes sometimes when he waters his plants on a rim of his balcony and water drip into my balcony. More than that, he also feeds birds and those bird food always drop down to my balcony; a result is those birds fly to where the food drop and leave their poop. This is so unacceptable ... he’s a real neighbor from hell!

I have informed this disturbance to staff at my apartment but it seemed useless. I just guess he is some type of a long-term tenant who pays the most expensive rental fee as a room he lives in is bigger than any other rooms, and the apartment owner just can’t do anything with him. I have to say this is ridiculous. I also tried to call this guy many times to tell how much he annoys me, but it was useless, because no one picked up the phone. I just guess he does not connect a phone in his room.

I can’t believe how much he gets on my nerve. I saw him a few times when he walked pass, but I was too afraid to talk face to face to him as I was not sure if I could control my anger, and not sure if it was the best way to deal with him directly.

Anyway, I finally sort this out today by asking staff if I could move to another room, and luck just be on my side as there will be a room available around a middle of next month…YAY!!! ^____^ So, in a near future, I don’t have to listen to this crazy loud noise anymore (I hope) All I need is to live in peace. Please keep your fingers crossed for me that my future neighbor would not be from hell like this guy again.

Adequate sleep is absolutely essential to maintain a healthy body because that is when the body rebuilds itself.

During the night, human growth hormone triggers proteins throughout the body to build new cells and repair any damage. It is only released during sleep which is why getting the proper amount of sleep is so important.

Foods that contain tryptophan will help you get a good night's sleep. Good sources are: bananas, dates, figs, nut butters, tuna, turkey, and wholegrain crackers.

Some herbs that help relieve insomnia are: basil, chamomile, dill, kava, and marjoram

Individual Health Insurance

Today evening, I went to see the dentist for tooth impaction. When it has been finished, the dentist asked me about the health insurance. He told me that he would like to buy the health insurance for coverage since his current policy placed with AIA will be expired the next year. I told him that there were many insurance companies which were the life insurer and non-life insurer so, the benefits, coverages, premiums, conditions and terms were different. If he wanted to do the heatlh insurance with life insurer i.e. ING, AIA, Muang Thai, Thai Life, Bangkok Life or Generali Life, the life insurance must be bought prior to buy the health insurance but can choose to buy the minimum sum insured of life with the low premium and can add the health insurance which was the supplement contract. If buying with non-life insurer (health insurer), he can buy it without paying the life premium but he must pay 2.75%Tax and 0.4%Stamp Duty which was included in the total premium. When I have explained all, he told me that he understood more and clearer. This made me happy that he can get the insurance knowledge from me. After that I went home lately about 10.00 P.M. as it took time for explanation for 2 hours but I felt good if he understood more.

My best Japan trip part IX

On the way back to Tokyo, I also chose to use Japan rail system. However, the return leg of this long journey was though because I stopped less than the way I had come. I had a camera, an ipod, a note book and a pencil to do many activities on train such as drawing some pictures, writing assignment and listening to music, but these kind of activities were just short time activities compare with the time that I took local trains for more than 1,000 km. back to Tokyo.

The rail road on the way back was lined beside the East China Sea not the Pacific Ocean as I came. There were less tourist spot, so sometime the train on my way back was empty and made me feel very lonely. I stopped for 2-3 nights on small cities such as Matsue, Okayama, Yonago and Takayama.

For the first night on the way back I stopped at Matsue and same as other cities that I visited I had to take a lot of pictures for my memories. However, please note that I travel alone so all pictures that you saw from my blogs I took it by myself. Sometime I put my camera on something that stable enough to carry it and set the automatic time to take the picture. Every time I look at this set of picture my lonely feeling from Japan comes back into my mind. May be you can feel about my lonely feeling from the pictures that I took.

Red grenadine 1 oz

First, pour everything in a shaker then shake it for a second and pour the Planter Punch in a Collin glass. Decorate with lime sliced.

Crespelle

Crespelle Italian crepes or Manicotti pancakes is a very delicious dish. I like this dish very much and I have it recipe for you today ;)

For the crepes:

Whole milk 250 ml
Flour 150 grams

Eggs 2 large
Salt and sugar 1 pinch
Vegetable oil (a little bit)

For the tomato sauce:

Olive oil ¼ cup
finely chopped onions 1/2 cups
celery stalk (chopped) 1
cloves of garlic (minced) 4
water ½ cup
finely chopped parsley 1 tbsp
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

8 fresh basil leaves, chopped (1/2 teaspoon dried)
2 -28-ounce cans Italian plum tomatoes (crushed)

For the filling (Manicotti):

fresh spinach, stemmed and finely chopped 4 cups
coarsely grated mozzarella cheese or grated provolone cheese
2 cups
freshly grated sharp Parmesan or Romano cheese
½ cup
ricotta cheese
3 pounds
nutmeg
¼ tsp.
eggs
2
finely chopped parsley, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2 tbsp.

For the crepes: First, put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend with a stick blender until the batter is smooth. Grease slightly a non-stick pan and apply the batter. Then, flip the crepe when one side is light brown.

For the sauce: Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan. Add the onions, celery and garlic and sauté until the onions are almost translucent. Then, add the basil and stir. Add crushed tomatoes and water simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding parsley near end of cooking time.

For the fillings: Mix all ingredients in the mixing bowl.

Prepare: Spread a cup or two of sauce over the bottom of a large shallow glass baking dish.

To assemble: First, put a large spoonful or two of the filling on each crespelle and roll it up. Place the filled pancakes close together in a single layer in the glass baking dish (that we spread a tomato sauce over it bottom). Then, cover the crespelle with a tomato sauce and bake for 30 minutes or until the manicottis are piping hot throughout.

Enjoy Crespelle everybody ;)
