Encouragement

“Life is a beauty contest over and over again. School, College, Work,” said a character in the movie Little Miss Sunshine.
So why do people always compete?
It is because we want to be a winner. Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution “Only the strongest will survive” has become a foundation of our thinking. The teachings of regions and other form of ethnics do not apply anymore. We have become obsesses with winning and losing.
Is there a way out?
“Encouragement” is the key.
In his book “Encouragement”, Luang Wichitwathakan pointed out the key that helps us get through life’s difficulty is three types of encouragement: encouragement of the body, encouragement of the brain and encouragement of the mind. It is an abstract topic but the power of encouragement subsides in every one of us. It’s there: a potential source for enjoyment and cheerfulness. It is a driving force of life.
