Yum Takrai Rod Ded

Today I have special menu for someone who like to cooking, this menu called Yum Takrai Rod Ded.

How to make this.
First of all you should to prepare the ingredient
1.Spanish mackerel steak
2.Egg
3.Bread crumb
4.onion diced
5.Bird chili crushed
6.Chili paste
7.Lemon grass finely strip
8.Kaffir leaf
9.Tepid water
10.Salt
11.Vegetable oil

Preparation
1.Rinse and dry mackerel, sprinkle over with salt, dip in beaten egg, coat with bread crumb, deep fry to golden brown, and rest.
2.Prepare sauce by meting "Rod Ded" Lime Hot & Spicy instant mix with tepid water, add bird chili, chili paste, lemon grass, and onion, mix well.
3.Place the mackerel on a plate, pour over with sauce, and dress with chili, lemon grass and kaffir strips, serve with an impish smile.
