Vitamin C is water soluble vitamin. It means that vitamin C did not accumulate in your body. We have been necessary for the body from food. Vitamin C is a vitamin essential for growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body, helps the body make collagen. The collagen is an important protein in the skin, cartilage and blood vessels. It is also important in wound healing, repair and maintenance of bones and teeth. Vitamin C is sensitive to light, air and heat. Vitamin C can be found in orange, strawberry, kiwi, broccoli and tomato etc. People smokes or use nicotine patch may need more vitamin C because vitamin C to reduce the effectiveness of nicotine in your body.
