Tips for reducing cholesterol and prevent heart disease.


1. To eat fish (saltwater fish) 2 -3 time per a week. The fish contains high Omega -3 such as Mackerel, Tuna, Sardines, Salmon, Ribbon fish, and Snapper.

2. To eat dried beans 3-4 times per a week dried beans such as kidney bean, mung beans, soy beans, and black beans.

3. To eat colorful vegetables and fruits every day.

4. To eat rice produce, whole grain every day such as coarse rice, whole wheat bread, coarse rice vermicelli, oats, Job’s tears, corn, and barley.

5. To exercise 30-45 minutes per a day, don’t smoking, and take care of your weight; reducing LDL cholesterol and increase HDL cholesterol.
