Spanish Mackerel in Hot & Sour Sauce
Another one menu for today is Spanish Mackerel in Hot & Sour Sauce
Ingredient
1.Spanish mackerel steak
2.Onion, diced
3.Bird chili smashed
4.Butter salted
5.Garlic minced
6.Vegatablr oil
7.Corn flour
8.Water
9.Salt
10.Vegatable for your choice
Preparation
1.Rinse spanish mackerel in running water, dry on kitchen towel, sprinkle with salt, and deep-fry; rest on serving plate.
2.Sauce onion and garlic in butter, add few drops of water until seething and add "Rod Ded" and bird chili, enrich with watered corn flour.
3.Pour the hot & spicy sauc over spanish mackerel in the plate, serve with the vegatables.
