In the past time, I believe that everyone were work hard and almost are change one's mind to drink a coffee for helping to work a long time. I know that a coffee is a good test and make you working a long time, but a coffee is contain a lot of caffeine so reflect to bed health. Then today I suggest the following basic proceedures as following.
1. Reduce the amount of coffee each day.
2. Reduce drink that contains caffeine example tea, cocoa and etc.
3. Sleeping enough at least 6 - 8 hours.
4. Drinking freash water about 1-2 liters/day
Hmm, I don't use those solution because I don't sip coffee but some smell of some kind of it. I like the design that they use to create art in the cup. It is very beautiful. Why don't use this technic with cocoa drinks or another drink too. It will be made the taste is better too.
