Last Tuesday was Aj. Karn’s birthday, we has a chocolate cake for her right?? and everybody likes it so much. ^^ This blog will tell you all about the benefits of the Chocolate. We can sure that we ate the greatest dessert.


The Benefits of Chocolate

1. In the study, chocolate has Conjugated Linoleic Acids that also found in vegetable, fruit and red wine. It can prevent the risk of cancer.

2. Chocolate has Serotonin that bring on relaxed and happy.

3. Chocolate help women who have a stomachache and moody before have menses.

4. Chocolate help out from hangover.

5. Chocolate can decrease the risk of heart disease because it has more phenolic phytochemicals and a higher antioxidant, which can prevent the fat in the arteries and anti-aging.

6. Chocolate can decrease the inflammation when people get hurt. Moreover, it helps people to be alert and vigorous.

7. Chocolate can dissolve with saliva. And it has tannin that contains bacteria, which is a cause of the decayed tooth.
