Are you want to be a sexy girl??  Today I have 6 types of food that can help your bust pop up (although it maybe takes a long time for the result but it is absolutely safe).

1.       Lettuce

Well know in Europe as the vegetable that have a property to help the bust inflate

2.       Papaya

This kind of fruit can help your excretory system work efficiently and it also has a property of the bust care too

3.       Beans and Almond

Rich with Protein, Vitamin A and Vitamin B that good for your beauty and also have linolaic acid that help your bust look firm

4.       Egg

Especially yolk, although it contain a lot of Cholesterol but it is good for your bust

5.       Black sesame

Rich with Vitamin E, enhance the growth of your bust

6.       Chicken wings
