Understanding Composing

Sandra Perl said that writing is a recursive process (p.100). When I compose a writing, some parts appeared to be recursive, such as when I am stuck; I use the topic or a key word in it as a way to get going. Sometimes I felt sense appear to me, "When writers pause, whey they go back and repeat key words, what they seem to be doing is waiting, paying attention to what is still vague and unclear. They are looking to their felt experience, and waiting for an image, a word, or a phrase to emerge that captures the sense they embody." (p.101) That could best describe when I feel felt sense.
If the writers don't have a Projective Structuring, what would it be?
