Rigid Rules, Inflexible Plans, and the Stifling of Language: A Cognitivist Analysis of Writer's Block

I understand what's rules and what's plans, but I don't understand all of the journal- it's kind of difficult. I don't understand "Algorithms Rather Than Heuristics." I do face a block suitation when I wrote the writing "My traslation VS my writing."
