Problem came from the Washing Machine

On the earily this month my wash machine was broken. When we called to the vender, they send a technician to examine it and he explan that some piece was broken then the vender will send this to him and he will change it later around a week.

But the week past they were not contact us. The next week past they still were not contact us. Then we called to the technician and he told that you told me when the component arrived and he would came to setup. OK, after that we called to the vender again but they answered “don’t know when the component arrived, you must be wait”. Oh! My God! What is this! This is the service that you take to the customer that buy this machine in this year and you garuntee that in 3 years.

Then we came to wash it by ourselfes. The locations that we can dry in my house is strict then it came to frighting to reserve them. Ah! it was still OK. But the problem was me who weak skin. At the first I washed, it became the wounds on my both hand. When I washed, I recieved the wound from the washing powder. When I twisted, I recieved the wound from the clothes because of this I must sure that I could twist it to the most dry whether my cloth must be some odor.

The month past the vender called to us that the component would arrived arround the middle of the month. Oh! Our greatful! I won’t frighting for washing in 2 weeks but I feel it is not what happen because I am already ready to washing.
