EASE YOUR PAIN SAVE YOUR BRAIN

OVER-THE-COUNTER pain relivers may help ward off  Parkinson's disease. In a UCLA study of 579 people, 55 percent of those who rarely or never took non-aspirin NSAIDs(non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) got the disease, compared to 37 percent of those who took two or more pills every week for a month or more.
"NSAIDs keep inflammatory agents from nibbling away at brain cells, "says researcher Dr.Beate Ritz.
She doesn't suggest taking them just to reduce your risk but this news is nice to  know the next time you pop a pill to relieve an ache.
However, every body should relax your body such as drinking cold water, exercise, singing, watching movies before have an medicine naja.
