Daifuku

Daifuku it is the easiest of all I did in this festival but in this picture that not my hand made. Because of that is so simply, I ate it ^^!.

Daifuku is a Japanese sweet as same as mochi but bigger than it. You can called sweet rice cake. The ingredients of skins are Glutinous Rice Flour, glucose syrup, water, food color and potato starch for dusting. Put glucose syrup and water to a pot and stir them and put a little of food color. Put it into the flour and thresh flour util it is glutinous. Spread it and cut to pieces. Put a stuff into the piece of skin then covered it. Put it into mold and get it out then it is complete!! :)
