Let's diet!


December and January are celebration months. They make your weight to increase. Then I would like to suggest about rules of diet all 9 things. The first thing is eating all meals. If you do not eat this thing, it makes you hungry more. The second thing is focusing in many fiber foods. The third thing is selecting low energy foods such as changing fried foods into boiled or steam foods, avoiding soft drinks and so on. The fourth thing is always drinking clean water as water will help to burn foods. If the body gets it not enough, the burning rate of food will reduce, too. The fifth thing is chewing foods slowly. The brain of human wants the time at least fifteen minutes in accepting tastes. If you chew foods very fast, your stomach will be full before the brain will know. So, you should chew foods at least twenty times before swallow foods . The sixth thing should have personal dishes and use small shape dishes because it looks more foods in dishes.
The seventh thing is using spices for cooking such as hot basil, pepper, chilli substitute sugar, oil, butter, coconut milk and seasoning. Furthermore, spices have not calories and it also helps for burning foods. The eighth thing is stopping in collecting foods in refrigerator especially the area will go through all day. This doing should not do since their foods will call you every time when you go through. So, out of sight, out of mind and do not suggest for buying foods when you are hungry. Because you would be get foods more always want. The ninth thing is a concentration before eating. When you eat foods , you should not have any activities. You should concentrate before eating every time. You should not eat while you are watching television, playing computer, telephoning, driving. All these things, they make you lack of attending and do not concentrate with eating. It founds that if you have not concentrating in eating time, it will make the capacity in eating and quantity of foods to increase clearly. All the rules of diet will help you to reduce your weight if you can win in your mind.
