Lose weight by BANANA!



I watched television about beauty tip for losing weight because I gain more weight now. This program is very interesting and easy. If you usually don't take breakfast this program will suit for you. In the morning, you just have 1-2 bananas and drink a full glass of water at room temperature. Then you can have regularly lunch and dinner. May be you can have a snack at 3 PM but should not eat desserts or sweet stuffs. Moreover, you have to go to bed before midnight. This tip is very famous in Japan now. However, if you have problem with diabetic, kidney disease should not take this. That's all for losing weight with bananas. It is not that difficult for you to do it, right?
