How to design a backyard butterfly garden
You can design and create a garden in your back yard to attract butterflies; a fascinating creatures. You may need four things that suitable for butterflies habitat: Food , Water, a place to raise the young and shelter.
Let starts.
1. Choose a location for butterfly garden. They prefer a sunny location with full sunlight will warms them when they are at rest and many plants that provide nectar or are host plants need full sun for best growth.
2. Check with your local area that which species of butterfly were found. Get more information about them from the good resource such as The department of Natural resources. Knowing that butterfly might visit your garden and they will help you to choose nectar and hosts plants.
3. Choose and plants food source for butterflies. They drink nectar from flowers with a long tube-like proboscis. A plants like butterfly bush, cornflowers salvia and roses will draw a variety of butterflies. Also they will feed on the juice of overripe and rotting fruit. You can put a shallow dish in garden to hold a overripe fruit to attract more of them.
4. Add more water source. Butterflies sip from shallow puddles to absorb minerals. You can put a small dish or a bird bath filled with sand and rocks and then put water enough to moisten the sand. This is a simple way to create a butterfly puddle.
5. Besides nectar plants butterflies will seek out more plants that will provides nourishment for their young. Try to plant a larval host plants. A monarch butterflies lay eggs on milk plants and the young caterpillars will feed on leaves and stems and Black swallowtail butterflies seek out plants like parsley lilac and funnel.
6. Provide their shelter for their visit. Shelter can be simple like a tall bush, shrub or a tree near the butterfly garden. For example, a lilac bush can double as a nectar source and means of shelter. Other good choices would be willow trees , or tall ornamental grasses.

Goodbye Starbucks Chidlom

Starbucks’ Chidlom branch had been its first branch and served loads of coffee lovers a good many of well-scented-and-tasted coffee cups in Thailand for 13 years. Coffee scent just slipped away from Starbucks Chidlom because it shutdown as of June 30, 2011.
It is no idea for closing this branch down because its location is in heart of Bangkok, where is convenient to come by, and its design inside the branch is attracting to a lot of coffee lovers. Anyone who used to sit and sip a cup of coffee at Strabucks’ Chidlom branch said that the key strength of this branch is baristas whom they are familiar with. This makes its sales—over 250 glasses a day—higher than other branches’ sales.
Many fans of Starbucks’ Chidlom tweeted on social media that they felt sorry for its shutdown. One of them said that it was the last day we met here--Starbucks’ Chidlom branch—with good scented and tasted coffee, circumstance of its branch and our favourite books or beloved friends to chitchat. Also, some tweeted “We’ll miss you, Starbucks Chidlom.” and posted a link of the favourite coffee cup at Starbucks’ Chidlom branch.
A CEO of Starbucks revealed that Central Chidlom is planning to renovate this space in other ways; for goods promotion of hi-end fashion brands, so Starbucks no longer rents the area. Fortunately, there are other branches nearby: The 19th Chidlom in Soi Chidlom and 7th floor of Central Chidlom if you would like to drink a cup of coffee blended by Starbucks.

Response to "Yogurt is the best remedy!"
I agree that having yogurt in the morning helps your digestion better as I tried that myself.
The popular flavor would be the natural flavor with honey one. They are quickly sold out from 7-11 because of its benefit.
Also, I would recommend you to try apple cider vinegar mixed with honey before breakfast. You might find it yukky with the taste and smell, but it works as well ^_^

Yogurt is the best remedy!

I am always constipated (unable to remove solid wastes from the bowel as often as I should) before having a period each month. I had tried DETOX before, but it was not the long-term solution. After I stop DETOX treatment, the same symptom was back. I did try eating more vegetables and fruits, but the result also was not satisfying.
One day, I was complaining about this problem to my friends in class, Stamp (Stamp_G2) suggested me to eat yogurt before having a breakfast. I thought it was a very good idea. So I gave it a try in the next morning. And the outcome was brilliant, I found it very easy to excrete.
If you experience the same problem, try yogurt in the morning. You probably don’t think this simple method would help you get through the hard time for girls, but trust me this works the best and the medical fee is only 12 Baht ;)
Birthday Traditions around the world П
Welcome back again to the interesting information about birthday tradition. Let’s finish it.18 years old For UK teenagers can drink alcohol and buy a house or become a member of parliament. In many countries where you have the right to vote or join the armed forces.
21 years old in many English-speaking countries have a special cake their birthday. The cake has a key on top of it or the shape of cake is a key. The key means their freedom to enter and leave any time they want.
Men of years of age 30 in the past of Europe who were still single had to clean the stairs of the City Hall. In this way girls could see that the man didn’t have girlfriend and how good he was cleaning.
40-50 years old prefer to forget their birthday so their children bring food to their bed or throw the party for them. It’s a tradition that children give them flowers, and if they want to go out and eat, their friends and family will pay.
It’s important to remember your family and friends’ birthday to show your care. So you may apply some activities in the information I gave you to your loved one.
This picture has shared to the internet user all over the world. It posted by the amateur photographer from China. There’s no need to tell you about the feeling when watching to it. It’s exactly the same to everyone. I wonder how he can make a smile like that. Then, I asked myself. Have I ever smiled like that? The smile from deep inside my heart, the smile from my real emotion. Have I ever? I realized that in that time, he had a lot of happiness on playing with his granddaughter more than everyone in this world, more than the billionaire, more than the superstar. This picture can describe what the bliss is. I shared this to all my friends and everyone feel the same. I were glad to hear that and hope this can help them to keep fighting with all of the problem they faced.

Google+, the latest virtual world.
I’d like to introduce an another new social networking service launched a couple of days ago called ‘Google+’ (Google Plus). Similar to Facebook, Google+ has the general features such as posting status, sharing photos, links, Youtube clips and so on. But what makes it different is a feature called ‘Circle’. What you have to do when have your friends on your Google+ is to add them into different circles (To make it simple, circle is like group of friends, colleagues, family, etc). That means you can limit people who can see your posts by choosing certain circles, while all your friends can see what you post on Facebook.
I like Google+ because I can share some personal things to my girlfriends. For example, I can post a status like “That guy is really hot, I want to approach him so bad” or share some photos of my ugly face without being embarrassed. If you want to join Google+, make sure you already have Gmail account and then just go to http://plus.google.com to sign up. You can add 'Lookpad lula' (that's me) into your circle if you want to so that we can share what we're interested in :)

Dreamed bedroom

Dreamed bedroom
After having a long day and run along a busy work, big jam traffic on the road you may need a good rest in your cozy couch, sip some cool drink and listen to light music for relaxing your brain. And as we know, a good sleeping is the best way to re-boot your body also. Moreover, if you have a beautiful comfortable bedroom that you can have a sweet dream…that will be cool.
Let’s change our normal bedroom to be a dream bedroom.
First you should pick a light color such as off white, ocean blue, light brown or soft green for those colors will make you feel relaxing and calm. And arrange your bed to get enough natural light by put it near the window.
Second, chose the furniture wisely; the quality mattress may cost pricey but it will support your back better than the cheap one, remember your bed is the place that you will spend time 4-5 hr. every night.
Third, the bedding material should made from the natural fibers because it can be better ventilated.
Forth, the bedroom temperature should be suitable with our body temperature, try to turn air condition to 26 c will help you have a deep sleeping.
Fifth, keep it simple; avoid the cluster in your bed room by limiting furnishings and accessories and pattern. Don’t fill your room with unnecessary items or let it overly decorated with fussy pattern.
