Remember yesterday

When I started a graduate student, I feel that I am free again like I was undergraduate student. I free from work even I work a little job. At that time, I could survey many shop around university and could drink and maybe drunk,  sat at lagoon to see fisherman for long time before back home. Now at second year, I stated job again like a freelance; trainner, writer, programmer. I teach atleast 34 hours per week so then other jobs I worked a little other. I forget that I am student and why I stated be a student. Even if I remember again but it was little late. I promise I will be a student again.

Fire Drill

Fire safety and evacuation plans outline staff duties and responsibilities in time of emergency. Ongoing
training is required to help ensure that staff is aware of those duties and responsibilities. Fire
drills serve as an opportunity for staff members to demonstrate, under simulated fire conditions, that
they can perform those duties and responsibilities safely and efficiently. It’s also a time for them to
show that they are aware of defend-in-place strategies and can take advantage of your facility’s firesafety features.

Fire drills are more than an exercise designed to evaluate staff response to a simulated emergency.
They are also a test of your facility’s fire safety/evacuation plans and staff training programs. Not all
fire drills run smoothly. That’s okay, so long as staff and management learn from them and correct
mistakes made. It’s important, therefore, that there be a critique of each drill so that any problems
encountered can be addressed. Perhaps the problems are due to incomplete or outdated fire
safety/evacuation plans. Perhaps there’s a need for additional staff training.

My company conducts fire drill every year, and this year the fire drill was taken placed last Friday. According to the procedure, every stalff is required to left the building immediately once the fire alarm rings. However, in the previous years, there were a lot of uncoopertive staffs who stayed in the office no mattter how lound the alarm is. I don't know how they can stand it. The rest of us including me didn't take it seriously. In theory, we should run as fast as we can to escape the fire but we walked like there's nothing happened. It took about 20 miniutes for everybody to left the building. I think if the fire actually starts, we all must have died in the fire. However, this year the fire drill exercise was taken more seriously. No staffs are allowed to be in the building. So, the practice finish sooner than I expected. I think next year might be better.

I also have a problem about overweight and always find the ways to lose my weight. I think it is not easy to do that. In the past, I tried to do it for many times, but it failed all the time. However, I try not to be discouraged. This above information is a good choice for some people who would like to lose his or her weight. Therefore, we can eat out even we are controlling our weight.
