It’s depends on many factors such as the availability of high-technology, development of involved personnel, policy and making decision, issuance of rules and laws, Licensing And supervision, possibility of elimination, the nuclear fuel wasted management in the country, economic and investment and recognized by the public etc.
At present (2549), Thailand's electricity demand approximately are 300 million kilowatt-hours per day. The maximum demand power of 22,000 MW, even though economic growth in slow down period. The rate of increasing electricity demand is still high, averaging about 6 percent per year is required to provide additional power for about 1300 MW per year on average.
In the past, the supply of energy to produces electricity are used as a domestic fuel source in most cases such as lignite, hydro and natural gas.
