Eighth Writing From Tuang

Dear all,
What do you usually do on the holiday Morning? Today, I have a suggestion to do activities in the Morning :
1. Do jogging in a park - if you like to do jogging, I suggest good parks in Bangkok that I have been do jogging such as Lumpini Park, Wachira-Benjatas Park, Suntipap Park or Jatujuk Park. There are a lot of parks in Bangkok that you can see in this website: http://203.155.220.217/office/ppdd/publicpark/thai/MainPark/T_Lumpini.html
2. Do aerobic dance - I like it! Indeed, I like to do aerobic dance on Evening Sunday. It is good if you can do it in the Morning too. In Lumpini Park, I like to do aerobic dance 2 hrs./time when I go there. There are 2 aerobic dance groups that you can choose to join with them. Any parks have aerobic dance groups also, but I never join with them.
3. Offer foods to monk - if you are Buddhist, you know well this tradition. If you have a chance to do this activity, that is great!, you can offer foods to monk everyday in the Morning, right? (But for me, I sometimes do on the holiday Morning).
4. Buy or cook foods for breakfast - Hahaha! I know it is funny if I suggest this activity. You know sometimes, if you stay with family, you don't think about this activity. I would say, this is an activity of me. I love to take a walk with my sissy in the Morning. We usually buy 'Pah-taung-goh' (a kind of Chinese flour sweetmeat) and a hot soy milk or sticky rice and roasted porks; and we talk and share stories during we are walking. (It is a sweet time for us!) Sometimes, we buy some sausages and eggs, a package of sliced-breads and a gallon of milk to cook breakfast by ourselves at home. So, our parents can join with us. (Yummy!)
5. Click remote control to watch news in TV - indeed, I like to watch cartoons on 8-9 am. in holiday and my parents usually watch news.
6. Pour water on trees - I usually do in the Morning if I stay home.
These are suggestions that I like to do. I know you have any activities to do in the Morning more than that I suggest. If.... you are not lazy to get up in your cosy bed, right?!
Life goes on,

Then you can see the sidecar that it is one of service of this restaurant. It will carry into the restaurant and you will exciting all the way until to the restaurant. When you enter the restaurant, you might wonder whether you are entring a jungle or riverside restaurant. As night fall, a nice display of lights creates a magical place for you to enjoy your dinner. Last Thursday, I went tohave Lasik my eyes. I felt afraid very much because it was a first time that I had an operation. (My colleage said "Up to chopping block." ) I and my mom arrived the hospital around 1 pm. We waited and waited until 3 pm. I thought it was very long time because there was a woman had an operation before me. (My mom said this woman is a doctor and she had a longsight.) When it was my turn, a nurse dropped an anesthetic to my eyes and took me to the operating table. The doctor and the nurses opened and blocked my eye. They sticked my eyelash and said. "Don't eyewink." But I couldn't do that because I felt eyewinker so I had eyewink. The doctor and the nurses scolded me. (Let's think, if you stare the green light for a long time, how do you feel??) After that, they opened my cornea to clean and shot laser to my eye. Finally they closed my cornea and removed equipments that blocked to the other eye for did the same first eye.My operation finished around 4 pm. and there was a girl that had an operation after me, too. P'Aj called me and said. "Today (Thursday) has a class." Oh! No! I just passed the operation and I felt eyestrain very much. Oh! This is a first time that I absenced the class. I and my mom were still there until 6 pm. because my mom went to see the other doctor, too. After that she paid for my Lasik about 41,600 baht. My doctor said. "We have an appointment tomorrow for check my eyes." Lucky me! Because I requested a leave of absence 2 days for Thursday and Friday, that ok!

Hand washing : The simple way to prevent from infection.

Why is hand washing is so important for us ?
Because it is one of the best way to avoid getting sick.
According to the health news of Flu season or H1N1 flu, all schools in Thailand are interesting about the symtoms of their children. I heard many schools and some universities are closed, such as Saint Gabriel’s College, Rajini school, Satriwittaya, Mahidol University. For my school is not closed because no one is affected but we prevent the infection of flu by let them know about the symtoms and prevent from sickness.

One thing that I’m doing and telling to my students is keep your body clean especially your hands. If they don't wash their hands frequently (especially when they're sick), they can spread germs directly to other people. Moreover I tell them know about How to Wash Your Hands Correctly. There's a right way to wash their hands. Following these simple steps to keep your hands clean:
1. Wet your hands with warm water.
2. Use antibacterial soaps or regular soap is fine.
3. Rub your hands together both sides of your hands, your wrist, between your fingers, and around your nails.
4. Rinse well under warm running water for 15-20 seconds.
5. Dry your hands with a clean towel.

Hand washing is the key to prevent the spread of many common infections. I believe that it’s the best way for them keep away from the sickness.
In additions, I have one song for my students for sing and know about the H1N1 flu. That is Wash Your Hands H1N1 song. The melody is from Nobody song, Wonder Girl. You can listen from this E-mail : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZBeOp_U_Tg&feature=fvw
My students love to sing this song so much and maybe you love it too….
Think about all of the things that you touched today…and don’t forgot to wash your hands too.
Take care

Main purpose of the contest
- Thai teenagers show skill in music
- Thai teenagers do activities in free time
- To support new idea
- To support social harmony
- To support competitors, whom would be the professional

Qualities of competitors
- Competitors are studying in secondary education
- Competitors are studying in the same schools
- There are 3-7 members per a band
- Competitors have never made a record and made debut
- Competitors have never gotten reward from other contest except reward from school

Many bands have any experience on ‘Hot Wave Music Awards’ for example Labanoon band, Ka-la band, Clash band, and etc.

I have never seen ‘Hot Wave Music Awards’ contest that I want.

My idol

Toon of Bodyslam band is a very popular singer with Thai teenagers. I am one of his fan clubs. Besides I really admire him as a famous singer, I also admire his responsibility.

When he was a student, he and his friends played music as La-on band. In 1996, he and his band entered competition, ‘Hotwave music awards#1’ then they won. He entered university then he was intent on education. He was educated from faculty of law, Chulalongkorn University. He used to be a steward. Eventually, he decided to quit his job for making a dream come true. He and his friends have played music as Bodyslam band. In 2006, Toon was awarded, ‘the best child’ on mother day.

He said everyone could be singers, celebrities. They should be intent on education and train the abilities together too. I think he have responsibility for himself, his family, his job and his work. He is successful in his life.

Bodyslam are recording their new album, ‘Play.’
Coming soon.

I have never seen his concert that I want.

Lottery

On date 1 and 16 of every month, I think everyone knows that day was a hopefulness day for Thai people who love to chance. My colleague, P' La, and I love too. On the recent July 1, 2009, after lunch we, P'La and I, went shopping in the office market. While we did shopping, P'La stop at a lottery stall and chose one. She told me she liked this number, 16, and wanted to buy it. She induced me to share this with her. She said " if we win we will get 2 million baht each" I laughed and accepted this.

At 3.30 p.m. the exiting time was coming. That day I was very busy with my essay 2.1. Sudenly, P'La called me loudly " Bin, we win the last two digits"
" Really," I said.
It was wonderful and very exiciting. Everybody in my Dept. was happy with us. I told P'La to check again. Then I got a bad news it was a mistake the two last digits was 17 not 16. When I heard that I felt sad and laughed at the same time.
P' La told me " next time Bin!! it will be our chance" and I think so. HA HA
Impossible is nothing.
