Do you know that smoking can make you look older than you supposed to be?
In fact, smoking is the second cause of aging, it adds wrinkle to your skin. Carbonmonoxide and nicotine in cigarettes can block your skin from getting enough oxygen and necessary nutrient. That's why people who often smoke look pale and lifeless. Normally, people who smoke more than 10 years look older than their real ages at least 3 to 5 years. Moreover, smoking can cause heart disease, emphysema and even lung cancer.
Not only can smoking harm the smokers themselves, but it can also harm innocent people too. Non smoker who usually breathe in cigarettes smoke can double their chance of getting lung cancer comparing to normal people.
I never understand people who smoke in public, especially some idiots at my office who smoke in front of the canteen, they know that they can danger innocent people. Why are they still smoking in public?
I heard that New Zealand has a plan to reduce the number of smoker by increasing the price of the cigarettes by 10% every year. So the government put a warning on the cigarettes packs that the price will continue to increase. I think this is a great idea and Thailand should follow New Zealand.

Kai Jae and Something Else
Dear all,
Good morning! I am thinking about what I should write this week, and now this idea coming up.
I went to Panyanantaram temple last Monday. This temple is in Klong 6 district. It takes 45 minutes from my house, but it is a bit long way to you. The first thing I like the most is all chicken – as we call them in Thai “Kai Jae”— living in the temple. I really like the colour of their feather. So beautiful! If I could be reborn, I want to be a Kai Jae and I hope to look calm like them.
Around the temple, there are lots of Leelawadee trees. I learnt some motto written on the wooden signs hanging on the branch of individual tree. One sign said “When you do something difficult, do it often, and it will be easy.” Or in Thai “อะไรที่ยาก ทำบ่อยๆมักจะง่าย” Do you agree?
Apart from Kai Jae, one monk asked us if we all agreed that “human is the most dangerous animal.” Why? He continued asking “Have you seen a piece of newspaper headline said “One male dog raped a female dog this morning and killed its female at the scene? Or, have you seen the dog smuggling a so-called Yaba (amphetamine) on the bus?” So, human is the most dangerous …, isn't it?
Before leaving the temple, I ate lots of dessert—Kao Tom Mad and a donut ring. Such a happy day!
I am going to leave you all and go sight-seeing now.
Bye-bye and have a lovely day
