Today I had to go to Queen Sirikit Convention Center to exhibit our booth. This is a second time now that I joined a seminar hosted by an institute called GS1 Thailand . Their job is responsible for doing barcodes for all type of products. Outside the seminar hall, there were many booths from companies who produce snacks, milk, soft drinks etc. They were mainly about food and beverage. I and my work mates knew it before that this seminar was all about giving away free stuff. So at the event-- they just did not disappoint us-- as we could get snacks and drinks samples as much as we wanted. Without a doubt, we enjoyed trying out their products a lot. I just hope that there will be a type of this seminar more often.
Other than enjoying free stuff, we also had fun with distributing our own stuff from our booth too—there were diaries, key rings, journals and more to give away—people seemed very interested in our booth a lot as all stuff we brought from our office were distributed quickly. I had to admit today was a fun day for me. It would be good if every day work is like this ^_^
