I’ve been using an Android phone over a year, but I just found a great photo app for android phones a few months ago. It’s called Molome. Mo stands for ‘mobile’, LO for ‘lomo’, and Me for ‘follow me.' Not only it let you take and apply photos with plenty of filters such as vignette, tilt shit, vintage, etc, also you can share photos right away either on the app even or on the social networking services including Facebook and Twitter. Plus, this app itself is also doing a social networking service by allowing Molome users to follow another users. They can press the ‘heart’ button for the photos they love.
You may find it similar to Instragram, an iPhone photo app. However, what makes molome different is that you will be badged if you shoot the photo completing each mission. For example, you will receive Molo ID4 Badge if you take and share a photo with a tag #ID4 in by 4rd, July,2011.
Molome was first launched on the Symbian platform for Nokia and it has gained great popularity. Now, it has reached more than 100,000 users all around the world and the users are likely to increase steadily. You can download Molome for free both on Ovi Store and Android market. Among the other things, this app is created and developed by a Thai programmer. I'm so proud that Thai people also can create the awesome application which is as good as foreigners'.
