Simple Tips for the Morning

IF you are like many prople,start of the day isn't your favourite time.So here are some tips that you can sneak into your routine without much effort.
  • Stretch every extremity for 15 seconds before your open your eyes. Lift your arm and begin by stretching each finger, then your hand, your wrist, your arm.and then repeat with the other arm.Also your toes, feet ankles and legs. End with a neck and back stretch.It will help to limber up your muscles and joints,and enhanced the  flow of blood through your body.
  • Brush your tongue for one minute. The better way to rid yourself of morning breath and begin the day minty fresh. Hundreds of bacteria take up residence in your mouth every night, so just brushing your teeth alone isn't going to vanquish them all.
  • Drink a glass of water.Remenber,you've been fasting all night long, so you wake each morning dehydrated.
  • Check your morning calendar. It'll help you aviod the stress of forgetting something important.
  • Kiss all the people you love in your house before you leave.Connecting with the ones you love soothes stress and give a positive start to your day.

  1. This is a very good tip. I always find it extremely hard to wake up in the early morning. So I'm gonna try this tomorrow morning, hope it works. If it doesn't, I guess I need someone to slap my face waking me up lol.
