How to stop smoking…..





          To stop smoking, the first two weeks are the difficult period. Most of people cannot pass this time and back to use a cigarette again. There are some tips that will help you a lot…

·        Drink a lot of water; you should always to sip pure water because it will decrease your need of smoke

·        Always think about the benefit of quit smoking

·        Brush your teeth; keep your mouth and you teeth clean will decrease your craving cigarette

·        Keep your mind busy

·        Refrain alcohol drinks

·        chewing on a snakes to keep your mouth busy

·        avoid to go to smoking areas



To increase your chances of success, you need to be motivated, have social support, understanding of what to expect, and making a personal plan. It is important to learn how to stop your smoking habits, manage your cravings, and join with people who have give up the bad habit for good.
