How to make the chocolate chip cookies ... ^^

Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite dessert. Someday, I wanted to make it for my family. I searched how to make the chocolate chip cookies and I found the easiest recipes to make cookies. The process just takes hardly half an hour. Let's check it out!!!

Ingredients

• Flour, 150 gm
• Butter, 120 gm
• Sugar, 125 gm
• Egg, 1
• Baking soda, ½ tsp
• Salt, ½ tsp
• Vanilla essence, 1 tsp
• Chocolate chips

Preparation

• First mix butter and sugar, until it becomes fluffy.
• To the mixture, add the egg and vanilla essence. Stir the mixture and blend it well.
• Prepare the dough with flour and baking soda. Then add the salt. Mix this with the butter mixture and blend well.
• Add the chocolate chips to the dough and stir thoroughly. Refrigerate for ½ an hour.
• Now apply a layer of oil over the baking tray.
• On the sheet put spoonfuls of dough, so that it takes the shape of cookies after baking.
• Preheat the oven for 2-3 min at 190°C and then bake for 8-10 mins.
• Take it out once it is fully baked and serve either hot or cold.
