THE OLIVE OIL TO USE FOR...We know a mediterranean diet is favourable for its heart-healthy oils. But did you know that different types of olive oils offer different benefits depending on how they're used?

• Extra-Virgin and virgin are the purest forms(often called cold-pressed because they are not heated during processing). They have the most flavour and the highest concentrations of antioxidants, including vitaminE, which helps preve nt them from breaking down at high heat. Ideal for dressing salads or drizzling over steamed vegetables before serving.
• Refined olive oil has slightly lower levels of antioxidants but is less expenseive than extra-virgin, which makes it ideal for shallow-or work-frying grilling and roasting.
• Extra-light olive oil has little flavour and good for frying both savoury and sweet foods.

I hope it have benifit for who like cooking and use suitable olive oils in each menu.

MY FAVORITE HAND CREAM

This is my favorite hand cream. I know this product from my sister. She buy it from internet. Before she buy this one, she read the information from pantip's review. When we get this product, we hurry to use it immediatly. At that moment I feel my hand are very softy and moisture. I think this hand cream help my hand better because I like to wash my hand so, my sister advice me to use hand cream. The cost of this product is only 300 baht. CPS DISCOUNT UP TO 90%

Yesterday I went to Jaspal company which it has CPS discount up to 90%. I have an upset very much because two or three days ago it discount for 80% but for yesterday it discount for 90% so, today I must go to it again. There are a lot of dress, shoes,skirt, and other that sale very inexpensive especially an accessories. I bought the necklace for 3 piece, 2 dresses and one skirt. Because of last discount so, I must go to it again.

My best Japan trip part XIV

During 6 months training in Japan, from September 2008 to March 2009, I have earned tremendous experience not just the Japanese culture from travel throughout Japan but also knowledge from classes. I am the representative from Thailand, so I need to show my ability and my ideas to let others representative from Asia know that Thai people is a high quality people.

To be a high quality people, I have to create the best work. The meanings of the best work included duly submit on time, easily to understand and clearly show new acceptable ideas. For all my works that I submitted, I try to follow this principle and it made me have more time to go out to absorb Japanese living style more than my friends who start creating their assignment late. Therefore, I have many chances to visit some other place in Japan more than everyone in classes. Apart from the place that I visited that I wrote in former part of “My best Japan trip” I also have chances to visit some unforgettable place such as Disneyland, Hakone, Fuji Mountain, Nagano Ski Resort, Kamakura, Asakusa, and so on. One reason that I have learnt from the training is “the earlier the better”.

My best Japan trip part XIII

One day two nights at Takayama give me unforgettable experience, but I plan to countdown for the 2009 in Tokyo so I leave Takayama on 28 December. Before I reach Tokyo, I take a short tour at a small city named Oowara. Like other cities, it has some castle and it is “photo time” for me. However, it is late evening and does not have any sun light so it is difficult to take picture.

During I take photos around Oowara city the sky become darker and darker until the last sun light has gone. Every problem has the solution and I find a technique to take my picture without sun light. This technique has four steps which are the photographer set a camera to the night mode, the model set a position, the photographer pushes shutter without shaking and the model and photographer need to stay at the previous position for 5 seconds. The result of the picture will be nice and clear as showed in this text.

I come back to Tokyo on 29 December, shopping and sightseeing because I already submitted my assignment. After I calculated the total expense for the trip, I find that I spend only 45,000 Yen or about 13,500 Baht for everything included souvenirs, food, transportation and accommodation. It is very cheap compare with experience that I have earned. Moreover, if calculate in ther of the area this trip is covered more than half of Japan from no.1 to n0.9 on the map below. I am very proud that I can make it happen and I can survive alone.

My last blog post

It was a crisis week for me actually when I have to finish all paper work for 2 subjects as well as I have to correct and collect all material sheets. Moreover, I was surprise to see I have missing one blog so that I have to back here again as a blog writer not a reader. I admitted this course make me write more than I ever do in my normal time. I love reading much more than writing but when we are here and the task of the subject that we have to do so I must to write. Before I was terrible in compose the words into the line of sentences and more difficult is making the reader make sense in my writing. I hope I am better at lease you can make sense in what I try to told you here, right.

Back to the previous blog, I like to read other people write, love to see their idea without correcting them. This course is open my mind more than ever and I have to thank you all Ajarn who encourage me until I can finish my writing. And I have to thank you all of comments and all my blog's readers and other blogger too. You inspire me and wish you all success and live well.

          Dragon is not enermy of always human.  Especially in Asia, Dragon is belive many kindness animal.  Some even will pose is overabundantly boss.  At the most is Dragon symbol leader.
         
          The calendar of Asian divide around 12 years.  Each years have constellation yearly.  That is to said, who is birth year of the Dragon.  Usually, a good leader because was people who are mentally strong bravely and gentle.

Albus Dumbledore

         

              Wizard that belive greatest in modern times.  Even Lord Voldemort is not yet bold face with directly him.  If take the story of wizard relate in detail.  It will have longer page number of book and may hit Ministry of Conjuration attack.  As disclose some story that forbid secret to Muggle.  You should follow read Harry potter and take acknowledge movement latest of Albus Dumbledore by not law wizard.

My best Japan trip part IIX

Last chapter, I showed the difficulty when I reached Takayama but this part I will show the beautifully of Takayama city. After a girl opened the door hotel for me, I said thank you to her and rushed in. Just in a few minutes the reception who is the owner came to me. She told me that I cannot stay during 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. because this hotel is a half hotel a half temple, so at that period they will be many people come to the temple for praying.

After checked in and took a nap for a while because of tried, I woke up and realized that the hotel were built on a hill and at that time this hill was covered with snow. Therefore, it seemed to live in a snow cave which full of snow both under the wooden floor and roof. Fortunately, they were a lot of heater inside the hotel and I believed they will protect me from this unexpected cold.

9 a.m. … Time’s up. I had to go out due to the praying time, so I went out and I really impressed about my first sight after I opened the door hotel. I saw a little boy and his grandmother were busy with clean up snow from the road. They wore overcoat and boots with spade in their hand. Grandmother taught her nephew how to clean up the road. Like this grandmother and nephew, people of Takayama knew that their city is tourist destination so they need to make the city nice and clean to make the tourist like their city and come back again.

I walked through the city, shopped in a local market, ate one of the most famous dish of Japan called Haneda beef barbeque and went to many temple and shrine. When my body was warm because of walking, I felt that I fall in love with the cold temperature and the snow around me as you can feel from my pictures.

My Best trip with MTEB friends

On August 2011, my friends had a trip go to Cha-am beach at Prachuap kirikhan Province. We started from bangkok around 11:00am and arrived at 13:00pm. P'Bow(lalita) had booking the house for us, after that we went to choosing the room. Vary, Fishy and Pormin sleep together 'cause they are a man lol ;p. At the noon we went to the beach for swam. We got dinner with various kinds of seafood and talk about many things. Until midnight i talked with Rada, Kagome, Pure about ghost story!!,Finally i got secret topic to talk before bed time with Vary, Pure, Fishy, Pook, WanWan, Nena and Bung ..(But it's not secret anymore cause we spoken LOUDER) ..i love u my friends !!

Amy Winehouse is a English singer and songwriter who is famous for her strong vocals, at a young age of 27, she was dead on her apartment in London, she is the most talented singer of this generation. I knew her from the song name "Back to Black", the lyric of song is about the woman whose lost her boyfriend by another girl. the theme of music video in black'nwhite colours, in a funeral.

My best science book

Brief History of Time From "the Big Bang to Black Holes" written by Stewen Hawking sold more than 10 million copies.It was best-seller list for more than four years in london sunday times.

A Brief History of Time is explained a range of subjects in cosmology, including the big bang(It's not korean boyband), black holes and light cones, to the notspecialist reader. Its main goal is to give an overview of the subject but, unusual for a popular science book, it also attempts to explain some complex math.

The book ends with: "If we find [a unified theory], it would be the ultimate triumph — for then we would know the mind of God".

Tuay Toon

First time i saw Tuay Toon becauce my father read it. I did not know what inside that book. After i read it i had seen a very interesting topic, picture come from around the world as Egypt China. Tuay toon had a two version in month "Tuay Toon Special" and "Tuay Toon Pocket"
