I'm thinking of you.
After reading all of the message in our web blog … Can I call web diary? I feel that we talk very closely even in the computer. I like to read because we can know each other better and it’s one of our communication. For my opinion,I love to write more than speak. I always write and take note when I’m learning. Moreover I often keep the speech, the good poem in Thai and English.
I think there are great benefits to me, my friends, my students, and others. I like to read Buddha's proverbs, poems, motto, psychological articles…. Many times I’ve got mail from my friends in many fields. Mostly the teachers from my school’s cluster in Bangkoknoi District. Oh! There are many subjects and various kinds of articles. I like to keep them all that they send to me and I don’t forgot to forward to all my friends by E-Mail too.If it’s possible and I have free time,I will surely sent all good message to you my dear friend. I think I’m happy to read and feel good and want my friends think the same..... Because when I received some message that’s mean someone is thinking of me or missing me, right? So when you’ve got my E-mail, it means I’m missing you now… The important thing of sending the message for me is the good relationship between friends. I think writing is tell the story, the good memory, memorandum,
or recording the knowledge from the brain through the book. For my duties at school. I have tons of document to write but in Thai only ; such as Lesson Plan, Portfolio, Classroom Research, Meeting Report, Seminar Report, Project Report, Booklet, etc… I think writing is very important thing to me. It’s hard to write correctly, clearly and quickly. These documents can show more than speak. In addition it’s the good evidence of working. Now it’s the first time to write in English on the blog. I have to practice myself to write correctly. For the future I will have the first Portfolio in English. I think it’s great !!! It’s a proud one, right?
Ok. Thank you for reading my opinion and I hope my friends are enjoy your work.
See you in the class. ^_^

this's the first time to post here. I don't know what I should write. it's difficult to write if you don't have any ideas. I am sure i am the one who don't know to write. i have a question. i have a paper which has a dot on. what do you see?
if u see only the dot, i accept u r the mostof peolple think that. however, if u see the dot, u just are the minority of people think that.
i will answer what thing you choose. A dot is a guilty that you do something wrong because most people think doing a guilty is like a dot on paper. but if you see the paper by ignoring the dot, you accept the thing which someone do guilty. it depends on what you see.
if you still look at only a dot, you are only the people who can't apologize and be pessimism. you choose looking at paper, you are genrerous to accept someone who is wrong.
i don't have idea to write at all. hope you choose a dot.

I just collecting the data, analyzing it and then writing for conclusion. I did not much write a long essay anymore.
In Master degree, it is the first time in adjusting my thinking system because I have changed field of studying. I have to write more essay than before. Everything quite different from the past then I have to improve my writing quite a lot. However, I will try the best.

My weekend
Last week, my older sister invited me to join her younger sister’s birthday party on Sunday and I said ok. Today I’m going to buy a gift which it’s a rubik’s cube for her younger sister. My older sister tell me, she prepare Mookata for this party. I love it especially streaky pork. Do you like streaky pork?
While I say about food, I am feeling hungry. My friends and I like to try new food. We love eating so much but we never get fat. We like Japanese food such as sushi, curry rice, soba or ramen, etc. If we have enough money, we eat it on occasionally. What kind of food do you like?
I try to develop thought process about what I write.
See u next time.

I have just work as an English teacher for 2 weeks. I found that being a teacher is such a kind of being a person who is always giving. Sometimes, I felt that’s quite a hard an tough job. I try looking it’s like a challenge.
To make someone to be good and smart is really hard but teachers have to do that to their many students that never stop changing from one to another group. Since I have been an English teacher, I found lots of benefits which are the following.
The more I teach English, the more I can get my English improved. Every time I’m teaching my students, I don’t even know myself that I’m teaching myself as well.
Sometimes, I can also learn from the students, too. There was a time, they asked me the question that I’m not sure about the answer. So, I just told them that I would find out the answer and tell them on the next day. Then, I came back home and tried to find out that answer. Without knowing myself, I learned more from doing that. Because of the student, I can get myself more knowledge. I believe that I can get more and more knowledge and experience as long as I’m a teacher.
Besides, being a teacher can also make me good at planning. Every time before I come to class, I must have been finished planning the lesson that I’m going to teach the students. When I start teaching, I just follow up the plan I made before. I’m sure that if I do the teaching plan just like a routine it can help me to plan my life more efficiency.

Course Syllabus (Semester 1/2009)
Department of Languages, Faculty of Applied Arts
King Mongkut’s
Program in Translation for Education and Business
815406 Research and Report Writing
Semester: 1/2009
Class schedule: Wednesday, 6-9 p.m.
Instructor: Karnchanoke Wattanasin, Ph.D.
Technical Education Bldg., Room 703
Office Hours: By appointment
Course Description
This course focuses primarily on the development of students’ skills in writing in English. Students will be exposed to a myriad of writing practices, ranging from expressive to academic writing, as well as reading texts of their interests and those pertaining to translation research (TR). Major course activities include reading, class discussion, writing essays, peer review of students’ writing, and conferencing with the instructor.
Objectives
In this course, students will:
- Learn and practice writing skills that will help them to write;
- Read texts, and write to express their thoughts and to comment on the texts they have read; and
- Write multiple drafts of essays and reports based on their reading and class discussions, and an essay summarizing and critiquing a translation research.
Evaluation
The assessment of this course is principally based on students’ on-line evaluation-free journals at http://815406.blogspot.com/, essay writing and submission, and class participation. Students will write at least 6 class essays for the entire semester, and are allowed to choose their own topics, with two required essays: one transactional-academic (TA) essays, and one expressive-transactional (ET) essay. Overall, class essays include:
- Weekly on-line journal entries, at least one double-spaced A4 page in length. All journal entries must be submitted 3 days prior to each class.
- Expressive-transactional (ET) essays: 1-2 double-spaced pages per essay.
- Transactional-academic (TA) essays: 2-3 double-spaced pages per essay. For Essay 5, students are required to read and discuss one translation research (TR) paper of their choice and write a summary and critique of the research. The essay must be accompanied by an abstract of the research being discussed.
- One reflection (ET) essay submitted with the portfolio: 1-2 double-spaced pages. This essay is a reflection on the author’s experience with writing in this class, comments and suggestions for further class structure and activities. No multiple drafts required
The in-class writing activity allows each student to spend 3 weeks on one essay. It is suggested, however, that students revise and write further drafts and submit them after they receive feedback from the instructor and/or peers thereafter. Hard copies are required for all primary drafts, while final drafts may be submitted electronically. Students are also required to make multiple hard copies for their classmates for peer review. During the last week of class, each student will submit his/her portfolio—a collection of written works he/she has completed during the semester, which includes both first and final drafts of: their on-line journals, in-class essays, and the reflection paper. There is no midterm or final examination. Evaluation is divided into:
| Attendance and participation | 30% |
| On-line journal entries and essay submission and revision | 30% |
| Translation research summary and critique | 10% |
| Portfolio | 30% |
| Total | 100% |
