Insurance Agents or Sales Representatives

I have worked in an insurance industry field for 7 years. I remembered that an English teacher was my dream job when I was young and the job that I did not want to work was an insurance agent (sales representatives of all insurances). The reason why I did not want to work and why I do hate this job because I thought the agent cheated and lied the customer. In addition, they were not qualified and uneducated to sell. Not only they can not explain or recommend the suitable insurance package for the customer but also, they convinced and persuaded aggressively and hardly. These made the customer uncomfortable and finally, the customer did the insurance because can not reject them. I can say like this because I used to touch that feeling and I was the one person who faced this uncomfortable situation and signed the application along with the premium payment. For this reason, I really understood everything of the customer. I promised with myself that I would give the knowledge of the insurance to the customer and would not force them to do the insurance, if they were not willing to do. I want to be a good insurance agent in the insurance business.

  1. P' Jang, I am here to say that you are doing a good job as an insurance agent. As I have known you for 3 terms, I never been asked of forced from you to buy insurance...haha But all you give is good advice to us.

    Thanks for sharing this to us ans keep it a good job. You are a good image for sale representatives. Those people should take you as an example. Very good, P' Jang ^_^
