I like yogurt so much…It’s a one kind of milk product that I love a lot ….
Today, I have some of yogurt’s advantages to tell you!!
- Good for your stomach
If you have the diarrhea symptom, you should eat yogurt because the good microorganism will destroy all of bad microorganism in your stomach, so you will get better.
- Good for your Hearth
Conjugated Linoleic Fat in yogurt can decrease a chance of hearth disease.
- 1 cup of low fat yogurt contain 11 nutrients (Iodine, Calcium, Phosphorus, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B12, Protein, Tryptophan, Potassium, Molybdenum and Zinc)
