5 ways prevent the Flu
1. Seal off your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze into your arm.
2. Washing your hands evermore before eating, after coughed, played animals and keep clean the place.
3. Avoid from patient or crowed people place.

5. Vacinating the colds for along doctor ordered.

ReplyDeleteAnother good way to prevent every one from cold is take vitamin c everyday. For me, I take 500 milligram daily. I usually brought vitamin from U.S.A. and I found that now vitamin c has developed to a new version of vitamin c that release a certain amount of vitamin all day and let the body absorb vitamin all day too. This kind of vitamin is called time release vitamin.
