10 ways to improve your memory

This week, I add to suggest 5 ways to improve your memory. Don’t waste time.
6. Listen to Mozart; many people favour this way because it is very relaxing. Experts say that listening to classical music, especially Mozart, helps people to oganise their ideas more clearly. But rock music may not give the same effects.
7. Take mental exercise; the expert advises taking mental exercise to help children have more creative thinking. Mental exercises include playing puzzles, crosswords and arithmetic problems.
8. Take physical exercise; physical exercise is very important for your memory because it increases you heart rate, sends more oxygen to your brain, reduces stress and sharpens to your memory better.
9. Eat right foods; many people believe that eating fish makes you brainy. Scientists have discovered that tuna, sardine and salmon help to improve the memory. Eating vitamin C and E in oranges, strawberries and red grapes and vitamin B in lean meat and green vegetables help too.
10. Some people said coffee is not good to brain. But you drink one cup of coffee and it helps you to concentrate when you sit down to work and study. Coffee has the same benefits as physical exercise. If you don’t like coffee, experts believe that chewing gum has the same effect. I hope this information will be more or less useful to you.

Those 10 ways are very useful, but one big problem is how to remember all of them. I think the best way to follow all of recommendations is make it one by one until I can absorb each one and make it as normal life then move to next one. If I use this way, it may take 10 years for me to follow all of instruction.
Therefore, my memory will have the best performance when I am getting old.
