8. Take physical exercise; physical exercise is very important for your memory because it increases you heart rate, sends more oxygen to your brain, reduces stress and sharpens to your memory better.
9. Eat right foods; many people believe that eating fish makes you brainy. Scientists have discovered that tuna, sardine and salmon help to improve the memory. Eating vitamin C and E in oranges, strawberries and red grapes and vitamin B in lean meat and green vegetables help too.
10. Some people said coffee is not good to brain. But you drink one cup of coffee and it helps you to concentrate when you sit down to work and study. ReplyDeleteThose 10 ways are very useful, but one big problem is how to remember all of them. I think the best way to follow all of recommendations is make it one by one until I can absorb each one and make it as normal life then move to next one. If I use this way, it may take 10 years for me to follow all of instruction.
Therefore, my memory will have the best performance when I am getting old.
